   • orders are processed and delivered to your doorstep within 48 hours of purchase.
   • delivery times may sometimes vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days within the uae.
   • shipping prices within the uae varies by emirate:
     • Dubai: aed 20
     • Sharjah: aed 30
     • abu dhabi: aed 40
     • um al qwain: aed 50
     • ras al khaimah: aed 50
     • ajman: aed 50
     • fujairah: aed 50
   • you will receive a confirmation email or whatsapp message with additional information once your order has been confirmed by our logistical team.
2. order confirmation notification:
   • once your order has been received, you will be notified via email and/ or whatsapp that we have accepted your order and we are on it.
3. delivery delays:
   • while we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen factors such as weather, customs delays, or holidays may impact the delivery schedule. we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
4. undeliverable packages:
   • if a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. additional shipping fees may apply.
5. missing or damaged items:
   • if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. local pick-up:
   • for your convenience, we offer a local pick-up option within dubai. you will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection.
