for items purchased online or by whatsapp, please contact us via whatsapp care to process your return. 

return period and window 

refunds can be processed within 7 days of purchase, with exchanges allowed up to 14 days. both are applicable exclusively  to unopened items only.

have we sent the wrong item, sorry in advance, it does happen sometimes!

if our swamped team has sent the wrong item, contact us via whatsapp and we will work swiftly to resend the product at no extra cost. 

out of stock but payment has been proccessed!

if the purchased item is out of stock, discontinued, or a limited-edition product, we’ll make sure that we issue a promt refund for the paid price, or probably, if still intersted, you can surf through our list of goods to find a perfect alternate.
